The following remarks were taken from our various room journal entries.

he has ever had at a B&B. We will tell our friends what a treasure we have found in Hannibal."

"The hospitality the two of you offered us was among the best we have received anywhere.
You have one of the nicest B&Bs in over 70 to date.  Still a FIVE star establishment!
We will certainly want to come visit again."

The expansive wrap-around veranda is a perfect place to unwind, read, and enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
During the growing season, tropical flowering plants, perennials and annuals are found throughout the yard
and on the veranda. Hummingbird stations are busy with fleeting jewels from mid May through September,
as resident hummers perform their aerobatics for visitors. The summers of 2008-2012 were remarkable.
More than two dozen hummingbirds made their summer home in the neighborhood of Reagan's Queen Anne,
and chose Judy's dozen or so feeding stations as their smorgasbord.
Our grand-daughter Kaylie wants all of our guests to be sure to check out our back yard,
where the Koi pond, fountain and waterfall tickle the ear with their soothing songs.

Just 4 of a dozen resident hummingbirds
