Rates are subject to change without notice, and do not include state &
local taxes.
Weekday Savings Plan:
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday year round.
(Weekend and weekday rates are not discounted during holidays nor
special event periods.)

With our energy expenses increasing nearly 50 percent the past
couple years,
we have found it necessary to adjust our rates to help defray the extra energy
expenses incurred.
We trust that our guests understand that the economy affects us all.
We will work hard to provide the gracious hospitality we have promised,
and vow to keep our standards at the highest levels.
Groups, Family
Gatherings, Reunions, Girls' Getaway...
We offer a total of (6) bed chambers,
and can accommodate (13) guests.
(Thirteenth guest: Roll-away bed at $35+tx, per night.)
Whole house rates: $649~$759 per night plus tax.
Our property is one of only 2 traditional B&Bs in the Hannibal area,
with a state lodging license.
During favorable seasons, our 100 feet of covered veranda is a great
place to relax and visit.
Our two large common guest parlors allow plenty of space for games,
scrapbooking, visiting.
We are the only traditional bed and breakfast in downtown
Hannibal, which is inspected
by the Marion County Health Department as well as Bed and Breakfast Inns
of Missouri.
