Rates are subject to change without notice.
Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday are discounted
year round.
Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) rates are discounted during our winter season.
**Most Thursdays are discounted, some are priced at regular rates.
(Weekend and weekday rates are not discounted during holidays nor
special event periods.)

The new year will bring some changes to our rate chart.
With our energy expenses increasing by more than 40 percent the past
couple years,
we're forced to adjust our rates to help defray the extra energy
expenses incurred.
In spite of huge increases in heating and cooling costs,
we have not
implemented rate increases for over three years.
We trust that our guests understand our dilemma.
We will work hard to provide the gracious hospitality we have promised,
and vow to keep our standards at the highest levels.
