Our (4) private rooms feature self-contained private baths, access within the room.
Four guest chambers are located on the second floor.
The Captain's Quarters, our large three room suite is located on the third floor. 
(Additional guests greater than 4 - $35+tx per person, per night)

Groups, Family Gatherings, Reunions, Girls' Getaway...

We offer a total of (6) bed chambers, and can accommodate (14) guests.
Whole house rates:  $695~$769 per night plus tax
(Thirteenth and Fourteenth guest added at $35+tx, each, per night)

Our property is one of only 2 traditional B&Bs in the Hannibal area, with a state lodging license.
During favorable seasons, our 100 feet of covered veranda is a great place to relax and visit.
Our two large common guest parlors allow plenty of space for games, scrapbooking, visiting.
We are the only traditional bed and breakfast in downtown Hannibal, which is inspected
by the Marion County Health Department as well as Bed and Breakfast Inns of Missouri.

Riverview Suite Rates:  $219 ~ $269+tx

The second floor Riverview Suite,
is perfect for accommodating two couples
or families with children (12 and older).
Our Riverview Suite is comprised of
the Riverview & Rose Chamber and
Wilson's Chamber, with the bath situated
between the rooms. Both rooms share access
to the bath, complete with shower,
pedestal sink,  and original claw foot tub.
Both rooms have a private hall access.
The Riverview & Rose features a Queen sized
"Antique" Iron & Brass featherbed,
hardwood floors and curved windows in
the "turret" area of the room.
Wilson's Chamber, home to a pair of antique
mahogany Twin sized beds and antique furnishings,
is large enough to accommodate
a roll-a-way for an extra person.

Price ranges occur with our Weekday
Savings Plan. Weekends, and some weekdays
falling on Holidays and Special Event days,
are priced at our regular rate.

Captain's Quarters Rates:  $149 ~ $269+tx

Our Captain's Quarters,
referred to by our guests as the "Eagle's Nest",
is located on the third floor.
The main room features a Queen sized Victorian style,
High-backed Oak featherbed, and is
complimented with antique oak furnishings.
Twain's Study, our adjoining room with a view,
is home to a pair of mahogany twin beds
and reading/sitting area...a perfect place
to enjoy a good book, relax, or catch a glimpse
of a passing barge or riverboat. 
The private 'bedroom-sized' bath,
adds an aire of romance, with candles,
period claw foot tub and English Telephone Spray.
Light the candles. 
Choose from our many bath amenities
and soak your stress away. 
Big fluffy towels await as you exit the tub.
